Metalized PET:
MET PET films are widely used in flexible packaging for their Water vapour and Gas barrier properties to enhance the shelf life of a packed product. Metalized PET films are used in packaging where the product needs the restricted visibility. It is also used in multi layer packaging for better lamination bonding strength. Multi colour printing appears more attractive on Metallised film; it catches the eye of the consumer in the shelf. High tensile strength of MET PET films will significantly increase the speed of the production and reduce theproduction costs in comparison to the Aluminium foil.
